How to tell when you are not ready

  • if you’re undergoing or expecting changes in your workplace structure (e.g. mergers, restructuring, rehiring of staff)
  • if a large portion of your workplace is about to go on leave (e.g. Christmas and New Years holiday periods)
  • if no one in your team has capacity to act as a workplace champion or form part of the wellbeing committee
